Our Code of Conduct

As Voiterra, it is one of the most important points we have paid attention to since the day we were founded to ensure the traceability of our value chain and to work with suppliers that meet the criteria we have determined, thus being aware of the social impact we have created. We see our suppliers with high standards among our most important stakeholders with whom we are in constant communication. We are always committed to working with suppliers that comply with the social criterias we have set below. We want our suppliers to submit their certificates given by third party organizations that they meet these criteria by passing the social audit determined within the scope of SEDEX.

Our Criterias:

(1) The elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labour;

(2) The effective abolition of child labour

(3) The elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation

(4) Providing all employees with the minimum wage or more determined by law

(5) Providing employees with healthy and safe working conditions

(6) Ensuring gender equality
